dc.description.abstractIn recent years, leadership has received special attention by researchers and managers. atahis stady attempts to point out a few obscure theories and analyses of leadership style, concentrating mainly on educational institutions in the Republic of Macedonia. This study aims deeper knolwedge of the transformational and transactional leadership style. Based on extensive theory is used MLQ model, for analysis of the transformation and transactional style of leadership . The model establishes that the manager needs to use both styles, but more used to the transformation in vesrus of transactional style. Also the model assumes that the style of leadership directly affects the effectiveness of the organization,the satisfaction and reliability. Transformation and transaction style of leadership provides positive significant in difference of the effectiveness of strategic and operational levels, also,these styles differ based on the characteristics, and also that the demographic characteristics are very influential. For analysis and hypothesis testing is used the program SPSS (V 21), and a special emphasis is made the analyse of correlation of the components of the styles, the reliability analysis of variables for minimizing errors, descriptive statistics for the analysis of demographic characteristics. For testing the hypotheses is used ANOVA for analysis of variance, independent simple test Pearson simple test. The results of the empirikal analysis informs us that there is direct and indirect relationship among the variables of the model MLQ. The results of this stady will be useful to managers to clarify the role and importance of leadership style for the success of the organization, and that the style of leadership is very complex, requiring great commitment and close collaboration between the leadership and other members of the organization.en_US
