dc.description.abstractTrout farming is conducted in various aquaculture systems all over the world. Significant risks and uncertainties are connected with trout aquaculture and they can play decisive role in production and financial results of trout farming. This article deals with risks in trout aquaculture in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and North Macedonia. The analysis has shown that there are numerous risks and that they are specific for culture system and for location of the farm as well. There are also some differences in risks between analyzed countries. It is advisable to include risk analysis in any future trout farming investment in all countries.en_US
